What is Biology? 

Study about plants and animals, and a biologist is a person who studies plants and animals. So, if you like plants and animals you can be one too.

What are plants?

They are living organisms, made of mainly three parts a root, stem, and leaves. They need sunlight and water to grow. Plants vary in sizes; an Algae is a unicellular organism and a sequoia tree is a multicellular gigantic organism. Like humans, they also need nutrients to survive.

Not all plants flower and not all flowering plants make fruits.

What are animals?

A living organism that feeds on organic matter. They use sensory organs to respond to physical stimuli. For eg: Humans have five sensory organs; Skin, eyes, tongue, ears, and nose.

Based on cell type, complexity, ability to make food and the number of cells in their body living things are classified into 6 kingdoms; plants, animals, protists, Fungi, Archaebacteria, Eubacteria.
